Wynnstay Sawmills was originally started as just a sawmill, felling, extracting and milling hardwood timber during the 1980's, we expanded our horizons during the 1990's by incorporating a joinery/carpentry workshop onsite, during this period a kiln was installed to provide the workshop with kiln dried timber to allow production of furniture, to suit the condition and purpose of use, as requested, (click here for a list).

Having a highly experienced onsite joiner as well as experienced saw millers at the sawmill has allowed us to build up an exceptionally efficient, first class service to our customers, from start to finish. Wynnstay Sawmills are proud to supply our products to the whole of the UK.

Our carpenter works closely with the architects in the field of restoration and replicas, supplying numerous buildings with internal and external boarding, ceiling and wall cladding, structural oak trusses, quality oak doors and window frames.

Our client basis ranges from professional traders to the public requesting all aspects of hardwood products, from large bulk orders to bespoke pieces.

We have a showroom on site where you are welcome to come and browse at your leisure at our products, former work and raw materials. You may discuss your needs and requirements within our friendly environment with our experienced workforce.
